The applicants are seeking to set aside order dated 26th June, 2018, passed by the Registrar (J) of this Court whereby F. A. No. 298 of 2017 was dismissed on account of non removal of offce objections. The applicants have also prayed for condonation of delay of 1590 days in fling this application.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits

{2} ca15608.22.odt that the aforesaid appeal was, in fact, admitted, however, it was dismissed only on the ground that printing charges were not deposited. The learned Counsel further pointed out that he had already fled private paper book and, therefore, there was no question of depositing the printing charges. In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the applicants, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B"and "C".
