Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Seen the order made by this Court. Matter was dismissed as Bhatta was not paid. Thus, the notice was not sent or served to other side. The learned counsel takes the blame to himself. In view of the contents of the application, the application is allowed. The order of dismissal is set aside. Civil Revision Application is restored to its original number.

The learned counsel for applicant undertakes to pay Bhatta prior to 14.8.2015. After payment of Bhatta, matter is to be listed before this Court. If Bhatta is not paid on or before 14.8.2015, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
