Learned Advocate Mr. R. M. Shaikh holding for Mr. A. L. Shaikh seeks accommodation on the ground that learned Advocate Mr. A. L. Shaikh has personal difficulty. He is not explaining what is that personal difficulty.

It is to be noted that this Court had issued notice to the respondent-State by order dated 20-12-2021, and thereafter, matter was on board on 05-01-2022, 18-01-2022, 03-02-2022, 15-02-2022. For earlier three dates, it was on the ground of personal difficulty of the learned Advocate for the applicant, the matter was adjourned, and thereafter, on 15-02-2022 statement was made that the charge-sheet is filed, and therefore, learned Advocate for the applicant made

ABA 1448-2021 statement that he would file the copy of the charge-sheet. Learned APP also made statement that the charge-sheet had filed long back. 3.

It appears that the charge-sheet was filed on 17-04-2020 and the present application has been filed on 13-11-2021, still Advocate for the applicant had not taken pains to annex that copy of the charge-sheet. Opportunity was therefore given to produce the copy of the charge-sheet on or before 04-03-2022, that copy is not yet filed. There is no cogent reason given and this Court cannot adjourn the matter for unexplained personal difficulty. Therefore, this application stands dismissed for want of prosecution. (SMT.
