Impugned order is set aside. The proceeding of Appeal No. 11/2018 stands relegated back to the School Tribunal for decision afresh. It is expected from the School Tribunal that the appropriate order is passed after hearing both sides and for giving due consideration to the pleadings as well as evidence on record.
