Though the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has put forth a simple prayer that his representation dated 05.06.2020 be considered, we do not find that the request is so simple. We have perused the said representation by which, the Petitioner desires that the High Court should direct a roving inquiry into all the public projects that were conducted in the last 5 years in Nagar Panchayat Dhadgaon - Vadphalya and Roshmal Bk. No details are supplied. There is no research done to submit substantive information to the Court.

Considering the nature of the representation, this Court will have to direct the investigation into many public projects that have been implemented in the last 5 years.

We, therefore call upon the learned Advocate for the Petitioner to take instructions as to whether the Petitioner would deposit an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- in view of Rule 7A(i) of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010 and whether he desires to convert this Petition into PIL. He sought a pass-over. 4.

After a pass over, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition. 5.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.
