The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 are at ad idem that the petitioners in the present writ petition are similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 12027 of 2019 and Writ Petition No. 12903 of 2019 decided on 07.04.2021 and as the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 11645 of 2019 with other connected writ petitions decided on 06.10.2020.

In the light of that, we follow the same course. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the aforesaid judgments in Writ

2 982-wp 13620-2019.odt Petition No. 12027 of 2019 with connected Writ Petition No. 12903 of 2019 dated 07.04.2021 and Writ Petition No. 11645 of 2019 with other connected writ petitions dated 06.10.2020, the present writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C) subject to the eligibility of the petitioners to appear in the special written examination for the post of Staff Nurse.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
