Talhar and he would intimate to Mr. Talhar, learned counsel for respondent no.1 as well as to other respondents regarding withdrawal of the petition. His statement is taken on record.

Having regard to the submissions of Mr. Nagargoje, learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
