The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that, Clause 8 of the judgment dated 21/04/2011, delivered by the learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Latur in L.A.R. group Nos.239/1994, 240/1994, 242/1994, 243/1994 and 244/1994, has not been complied with.

Considering Clause 8 of the aforementioned judgment dated 21/04/2011, the District Collector, Latur, shall deal with the representations of the Petitioners, dated 10/06/2019, within a

12467.23wp (2) period of 60 days from today, provided the directions under Clause 8 of the judgment dated 21/04/2011, are not complied with.

Deficit court-fees shall be deposited by the Petitioners within a period of two weeks.
