The petitioner is seeking inter district transfer. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner in November, 2018 had filled in the form, but his case is not considered at the time of general transfers.

The petitioner may fill in the form for the general transfers that would be effected for the year 2020-2021. In case, the petitioner fills in the form for inter district transfer, then the respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner on its own merits.
