Heard the Counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners are seeking direction against the Respondents to pay the compensation for using their land for widening the road. However the petition is completely silent how much land has been affected by the proposed widening of the road. There is no document. Unless prima facie evidence is before the Court, we do not feel it fit to issue directions as prayed for. The proposed road has also been constructed.

Therefore, we dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the Petitioners to get their lands measured and find out how much land is affected for widening of the road and then seek appropriate remedy.
