Heard learned counsel for the applicant - Insurance Company for respondent.

2. Perused application. In view of nature of subject-matter and for the reasons stated in the application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" "or". The amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited in this Court along with interest accrued thereon be transmitted to the Court of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule in the proceeding MACP No. 445 of 2010 for its disbursement in favour of claimants in accordance with law.
