Considering the view taken by this Court in it's order dated 14.09.2023 in Writ Petition No.8534/2023 (Hina Kausar Mohammad Riyaz vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) and connected matters, the case put forth by these Petitioners cannot be entertained since all of them are in the TET scam and none of them have acquired the qualification of the CTET or graduate plus B.Ed. As such, they do not fit into any of the modes or channels for participating in the TAIT. 2.
