Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel appearing for respondent-original claimants. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, after the Tribunal decided the MACP, the applicant-insurer required some time to collect the documents and also certain documents from RTO office and therefore, delay has been occurred.

Learned counsel for respondents no.1 to 6 original claimant has strongly resisted the application on the ground that delay has not been explained satisfactorily. 4.
In view of the submissions made on behalf of the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that delay has been explained satisfactorily. The
15135.16+.odt delay of 297 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application is accordingly disposed of. 5.
In appeal, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 17.4.2017.
