Having heard learned counsel for petitioner what can be noticed is, the Deputy Commissioner (Development), Aurangabad Division which has already instructed the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalna vide communication dated 7th July, 2022 to enquire into the complaint and communicate it to the complainant. 2.

Apart from above, petitioner has already preferred a criminal complaint before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambad. This fact is not brought to the notice of this Court during pendency of the present petition.

In view of above, no further orders are required. The

petition is disposed of directing respondent - the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalna to act in compliance with the communication dated 7th July, 2022 issued by the office of Deputy Commissioner (Development), Aurangabad Division. 4.
