O R D E R

Learned Counsel Mrs. Akansha Sagar alongwith appellants/original claimants and learned counsel Mr. Mohit R. Deshmukh alongwith officer of Insurance Company Mr. Irfan Shaikh are present today. They tender on record the terms of settlement which is marked as Exhibit-X. They pray for disposal of the First Appeal in view of the settlement.

As agreed between the parties, the respondent/insurance

30.FA-634-2016 -2company shall deposit an amount of Rs. 4,50,000/- (Four lacs fifty thousand rupees) towards full and final settlement of claim between the parties within eight weeks with Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Aurangabad which shall be treated as an undertaking. On depositing the amount, the same shall be disbursed to the appellants/claimants forthwith.

First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement as well as today's minutes. Award be drawn accordingly. 4.

The request of refund of Court fees shall be processed as per the law.
