Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to construction of barrage near the land of petitioners, the said land has remained uncultivated due to storage of water. He submits that on earlier occasion, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing Writ Petition No. 603 of 2023, which was disposed of by order dated 24th January, 2023 with liberty to prosecute their representation with the respondent authorities. He submits that though the petitioners perused their representation before the concerned authority, nothing has been done till date. He further submits that the concerned authority be directed to consider their representation in accordance with law in time bound manner.

Learned A.G.P. submits that appropriate order be passed. 3.

In view of above, the concerned authority i.e. Respondent No.1 - Collector, Parbhani shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
