The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that, there was inordinate delay in filing the First Information Report. It is further submitted that, even if the allegations in the First Information Report are taken as its face value, no offence is disclosed. He therefore submits that, the application may be allowed.

We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and perused the allegations in the First Information Report. The offence is disclosed, same needs investigation. The question of delay will be considered by the appropriate Court at the appropriate time. No case is made out. The application stands rejected.
