CORAM : ANIL S. KILOR, J.

DATE : 18th MARCH, 2021 PER COURT :- These applications are moved by applicant- State of Maharashtra for condonation of delay. There is delay of 1431 days caused in filing appeals to challenge the Judgment and Award dated 12-08-2014 passed by learned the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Omarga, Distrit Osmanabad, in Land Acquisitions References No. 192, 193, 194 and 195 of 2010. 2.

Heard learned AGP for the applicant.

3.

None for the non-applicants.

4.

Learned AGP points out that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicants, thereby explaining the delay caused in filing first appeals. He submits that, the delay is bonafide and not intentional. It is submitted that if delay is condoned, no prejudice would be caused to other side. 5.

These applications are pending decision since year 2018. Though respondent served long back, no reply has been filed opposing the same. 6.

Considering the reasons stated in application, I find it sufficient and justifiable reasons for delay caused in filing first appeals. 7.

The civil applications are allowed. The delay is condoned. Civil Applications are disposed of.

8.

Office is directed to register the first appeals and place the same for admission alongwith applications for stay.
