Mr. Tribhuwan, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondents are charging Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) and the interest on the amount. The Petitioner has made representation to Respondents No. 3 and 4.

Respondent No. 3 and 4 be directed to take decision upon it.

Mr. Karlekar, learned A.G.P. appears for all the Respondents and submits that the Authority would take decision upon it on it's own merits.

In case, the representation filed by the Petitioner (Page No. 25) is pending with the Authority then, the Authority competent to take decision shall, take the decision preferably within a period of six (06) weeks.
