This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 427 days caused in filing appeal.

The insurance company has challenged the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal in MACP No. 328 of 2013.

Other side has objected to condone the delay by stating that no sufficient cause has been canvassed.

The applicant has specifically carved out the cause in paragraph No. 3 and 4 of the application. Primarily it is contended that due to procedure required to be followed by the Insurance Company the papers were transmitted and certain permissions were also to be sought. Having regard to the said fact the delay caused in filing appeal, stands condoned.
