The petitioners are seeking a direction to the respondent/Scrutiny Committee for expeditious disposal of the proposals for validation of their tribe claims. 2.

Irrespective of the anxiety being entertained by the petitioners in as much as the petitioner No. 1 seems to have secured admission to some course with I. I. T. Madras, but the fact remains that he has to blame himself for the situation he is in, for having put up the proposal with the Scrutiny Committee in August 2023.

We dispose of the writ petition with a request to the

(03) months from today.
