Pursuant to the directions of the Court respondents seem to have taken decision in the petitioner's matter on 05.03.2024. The learned AGP tenders across the bar a copy of the order. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner vehemently submits that she was very well present before the Settlement Commissioner on 04.03.2024 and had tendered documents, but those were not considered.

So far as compliance of the directions of the Court for taking a decision is concerned, the order having been complied with, the contempt proceeding is disposed of.

Needless to state that it would always be open for the petitioner to challenge the decision.
