The learned AGP and the learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondent no.5 submits that the District Collector, Ahmednagar has delivered the final order on 10.10.2019 in Gram Panchayat Dispute Application No.41/2019 and the petitioners will have to challenge the said order. Time of 15 days has been granted.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order of the District Collector dated 10.10.2019. Fifteen days time shall be reckoned from today (17.10.2019) since the petitioners gathered knowledge of the said order yesterday (16.10.2019).
