Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The learned advocate waives notice for respondent No. 3. 3.

Mr. Jadhavar, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that proposals were submitted for second time bound promotional benefit on completion of 24 years. However, the same are not being accepted by the Education Officer. 4.

The Education Officer shall accept the proposals that would be submitted by respondent No. 3, seeking second time bound promotional benefit on completion of 24 years. On receipt of the proposals, the Education Officer shall take decision upon the said proposals on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of the proposal.
