It is an application for condonation of delay moved by the applicants / State. Heard Mr. Morampalle, learned A.G.P. for the applicants / State. Mr. P. B. Rakhunde, learned Counsel for the claimants is also present.

It is revealed during the course of argument that there is delay of 1431 days in preferring the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay in paragraph Nos.2 to 6 and

2 ca 14537.2018 in the interest of justice, the delay needs to be condoned.

ORDER

(I) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause "8(B)".

(II) The Registry is directed to make scrutiny of the appeal as per procedure and thereafter it be numbered and placed before the Court for admission.

(III) The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
