Learned advocate for the petitioner, by pointing out order dated 2nd August, 2013 passed by Divisional Commissioner and Regional Director of Municipal Administration, in Appeals No. 2 to 6 of 2013, submits that the order impugned in the present writ petition is already set aside by the said authority by this order. 2.

In that view of the matter the writ petition has become infructuous. The petition is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous.
