The petitioner is aggrieved by non-registration of the appeal by the District Superintendent of Land Records, Aurangabad, which is instituted by one Dadarao Sarjerao Ambhore and the learned counsel for the petitioner makes a specific submission that this appeal is a representative appeal, which even takes care of the concerns of the present petitioner. The appeal being tendered on 06.07.2021, the submission is that the concerned authority is not taking pains even to register the said appeal.

In the wake of the aforesaid statement, the learned AGP is directed to intimate the concerned authority about the filing of the writ petition and the fact that the statement is made in the petition to the
*2* 921wp13802o21 effect that the appeal has been preferred by one Dadarao Sarjerao Ambhore against the measurement carried out by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Aurangabad, in Measurement Proceedings No.16377 dated 29.09.2020. The District Superintendent of Land Records, Aurangabad, is directed to register the appeal and take cognizance of the grievance raised therein.

The learned AGP shall communicate the aforesaid order to the District Superintendent of Land Records, Aurangabad, forthwith. 4.
With the aforesaid direction being issued, it is open for the petitioner and those who are agitating grievance being aggrieved by the measurement proceedings, to either file an application for stay or request for appropriate directions to be passed by the District Superintendent of Land Records, Aurangabad. With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
