This petition is filed for non-compliance of order dated 19th April, 2024 passed in Writ Petition No. 3988 of 2024 by which Respondent No.3 therein was directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 12th April, 2018 within a period of eight days.

Dr. B.B. Chavan, Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Region, Nashik is personally present before the Court. 4.

Learned A.G.P. for the answering respondent submits that the said representation has been decided, though belatedly, by the successor in office.
