The petitioner has filed representation dated 21st August, 2015 with the office of respondent no.2. It is a grievance of the petitioner that, the said representation has not been yet decided by the Respondent No.2. 3.

We direct the Respondent No.2 to decide the said representation after hearing the petitioner and to take final decision on the said representation, as expeditiously as possible, however, preferably within 10 weeks from today.

It will be open for the petitioner to produce on record the relevant documents before the Respondent No.2. The petitioner shall visit the office of Respondent No.2 on 25.02.2016. The Respondent No.2 shall hear the petitioner on the same day or can fix the subsequent date for hearing and allow the petitioner to produce the documents in support of her contentions. 5.

The Petition is disposed of in above terms.
