The petitioners have put forth prayer clause [B] as under :- "[B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondents no. 3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the petitioners annexed at Exhibit C in the light of circular dtd 28.06.2018 issued by respondent no.1, for changing the postings of the petitioners by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies."

The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits, on instructions, that the representation put forth

In view of the above, the petitioners are satisfied. 4.

This Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed off. 5.

Respondent Nos.3 and 4 should respond to the representation within four weeks and convey the decision to the petitioners, on or before 25th December, 2022, in the light of the circular dated 28.06.2018.
