By this petition a limited prayer has been made by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent No.2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee for expeditious decision of her caste claim pending since 04/03/2025. 2.

Considering an innocuous prayer being made, without entering into the merits of the case, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the aforesaid caste claim of he petitioner on its own merits and strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four months from today. 3.

In view of the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
