Shri. Bhpakar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in prayer clause - B of the Writ Petition, the date 01.06.2013 is wrongly mentioned, the same ought to be 02.06.2014. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the proposed party Mr Vaidya is served, however, none appears for the proposed party. It appears that the averments in the petition and the amendment is also restricted to the extent of giving a deem date of promotion to the petitioner of 02.06.2014 and no other relief is claimed by way of amendment.
