Mr.Vibhute, learned counsel submits that validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim is pending consideration with the Committee since July 2013. The College is insisting upon the petitioner to submit the validity certificate or else would take adverse action.

Mr.Patil, learned Additional Government Pleader does not dispute that the validation proceedings are still pending. 4.

In light of that, we pass the following order : a) The Respondent No.4 Committee shall decide the validation

proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within nine (9) months. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings. b) The Respondent No.3 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. Of-course, the Respondent can take further course depending upon the judgment of the Committee in validation proceedings.

c) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
