949_WP_12137_2015 Mr. A.N. Nagargoje, learned Advocate appearing for respondent - original complainant raises objection that petitioners have alternate remedy to file appeal before State Commission.

Having faced with difficulty Mr. R.K. Temkar, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw writ petitions with liberty to avail alternate remedy as permissible under law.

Permission granted. Writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach State Commission.
