1] The petitioner is challenging the order dated 20.05.2013 passed by the Additional Collector, Nanded, thereby disqualifying the petitioner as a member of the Village Panchayat due to non-production of the caste validity certificate and the said order is confirmed by the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad, by order dated 18.10.2023.

2] However, the term of the petitioner as a member of Village Panchayat, Markhel has expired long back. In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
