When the matter is called out, no one else appeared on behalf of applicant-intervenor. However, learned counsel for applicant Mr. C.R. Deshpande, as well as learned counsel for respondents Mr. Paranjape, Salgar and Deshmukh, have no objection to allow the intervention application in the interest of justice. In such circumstances, Civil application for intervention is allowed. The applicants be permitted to intervene in the proceeding as party respondent. Requisite amendment be carried out forthwith. Accordingly, civil application stands disposed of. Appellants to serve notice to the newly added respondent returnable on 20th February 2020. Stand over to 20th February, 2020.
