Since 25.4.2014, four times the matter had come up and on each occasion, none appeared for the petitioner.

Today, none appears for the petitioner.

The petitioner challenges the order, wherein

2 W.P.No.4905/13 appeal filed by the petitioner is partly allowed with regard to the entry in the P.R. card.

Mr.Panale, learned counsel for the Respondents submits that even the Respondents had filed Revision before the State Government against the order impugned in the present Writ Petition, so also one civil suit filed by the present petitioner is pending adjudication.

It is trite that the entries in the revenue record are meant for fiscal purposes and the same would be always subject to decision that would be given by the Civil Court.

In light of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
