Paragraph no.6 of the present application would show that the first appeals arising out of the same land acquisition proceedings are already admitted by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 08/02/2011 and the same are pending.

Upon hearing both sides, in my view, sufficient reasons are made out for condoning the delay. Delay caused in filing the appeal is therefore condoned.

In case any enhancement is granted, the applicants would not be entitled for any statutory interest over the enhanced amount.

Application accordingly is disposed of.
