Learned AGP states that the petitioner had been relieved

wp12021.19 from the post before the maharashtra administrative tribunal had passed the order and further points out that the matter is posted before the tribunal on 21st October, 2019. Learned AGP also points out that 21st October, 2019, being election day, matter may not appear before the tribunal on said date. 2.

In such a case, the petitioner to move the tribunal for convenient date and it is expected that the State authorities would file reply before the next date. The tribunal may proceed with the matter expeditiously, hopefully at the earliest. 3.

Till the decision by the tribunal, the position obtaining as on date may not be disturbed.
