This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.277 of 2021 registered with Hingoli Rural Police Station, Dist.Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504, 143, 147 and 148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

The role attributed to the applicant is to have assaulted the informant on his back with a stick. The applicant has been behind the

18-ba.1506.21 bar since 07.11.2021. In the factual backdrop, the application is allowed in terms of the following order:

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.277 of 2021 registered with Hingoli Rural Police Station, Dist.Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504, 143, 147 and 148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code. (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
