1. This is an application for condonation of delay of 219 days in filing Review Application in Second Appeal No. 650/2003, which was decided by this Court on 21.01.2019.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant. Though the Respondents are duly served, none present for them.

3. Learned Counsel submits that after the decision of the Second Appeal, the Applicant challenged it before Hon' ble Apex Court in

ble Apex Court granted leave to the Applicant to file Review in view of the specific contentions raised in the Apex Court. The order of the Apex Court is placed on record and marked ' X' for identification.

4. Considering the submissions and specific leave granted to the Applicant by the Hon'

ble Apex Court as well as reasons disclosed in Paragraph No.5 onwards, the delay in filing Review Application needs to be condoned. Hence the following order.

O R D E R

(i) The Civil Application stands allowed.

(ii) The delay of 219 days in filing Review Application stands condoned.

(iii) The Review Application be registered accordingly.
