The grievance of the petitioner is bills towards medical reimbursement are not being forwarded by the institution. 2.

According to the institution, the petitioner submitted the bills late i.e. after lapse of one year, as such, were returned back. According to the petitioner, the bills were submitted on

2 wp 12589.17 28.04.2015 to one Mr. M. D. Deshpande, working as a Supervisor / Teacher in the respondent - institution but he misplaced it and thereafter again it was resubmitted, the same is not accepted. We may not enter into the debate of the dates, when the petitioner had submitted the bills as there are rival contentions. 3.

The petitioner shall resubmit the bills to the respondent - institution towards medical reimbursement. The institution shall thereafter forward the said bills to the competent authority within three (3) weeks of the receipt of the bills from the petitioner. The competent authority shall thereafter process the said bills considering all the relevant aspects of the matter including the genuineness of the bills and thereafter take decision upon the claim of the petitioner for reimbursement of medical bills on its own merits and preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of the said proposal. 4.
