Civil Appeal No.20/2013, in which, the order passed in Regular Civil Suit No.60/2013 was under challenge. He submits that the plaintiff in the suit had expired and the suit itself stood abated and, therefore, the instant petition has become infructuous. In view of this, learned advocate, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.
