PER COURT :- 1) Heard. This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Collector, Latur to take decision on the applications dated 28.8.2012 and 31.8.2012 presented by the petitioners under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four months from today and it is accordingly directed. 2) On determination of the enhanced amount of compensation by the Collector, the amount so arrived at, shall be paid to the petitioners along with all other benefits prescribed under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, by the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of such determination.

3) With the directions, as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
