DATE : 20th January, 2022 P.C.:- Learned counsel Shri Syed h/f. Shri Pawan Pawar submits that applicant has deposited Rs. 1,65,000/- (Rs.1,25,000/- in this Court and Rs.40,000/- in the Appellate Court). He submits that applicant is in jail. On his release, he will deposit the remaining amount as early as possible. 2.

Applicant is convicted by the trial Court and sentenced to six months simple imprisonment with compensation of Rs.2,50,000/-. This order in appeal has been confirmed by the First Appellate Court. Revision is not likely to come up for hearing in the near future. Therefore, I am inclined to suspend the substantive sentence. Substantive sentence is suspended till the disposal of the revision. Applicant be released on PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. Bail in the trial Court. Application is disposed of.
