Present petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent No.2 to decide the proposal submitted by respondent No.3 dated 28.07.2025 expeditiously and to include the name of petitioner No.3 in Shalarth Pranali for disbursement of salary. The petitioner states that in earlier round of litigation this Court has directed the grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner for the post of Assistant Teacher. Subsequently, the approval has been granted and in pursuance of that approval, the proposal for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali has been forwarded on 28.07.2025 to the office of [1]

Learned AGP appearing for respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that the proposal dated 28.07.2025 will be decided by respondent No.2 within a period of six weeks from today. 3.

The said statement is taken as undertaking. We direct respondent No.2 to decide the proposal dated 28.07.2025 within a period of six weeks from today.
