By this petition, the petitioner has sought writ of habeas corpus to produce daughter of the petitioner and hand over her custody to her parents. Order dated 28/12/2022 reveals that, the girl was traced and produced before the Court. She had expressed her desire to go to her parents. Accordingly, the child has been handed over to the custody of her parents. Since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, the petition stands disposed of.
