Learned counsel Mr. Kalani holding the brief of Mr. Toshniwal seeks adjournment. This is the matter pertains to crime no.562 of 2015 registered with Mukundwadi Police Station, Aurangabad for the offence punishable under sections 376, 324, 506(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Further, charge-sheet also came to be fled bearing no.47 of 2016 dated 12.4.2016 and the case is now pending before the Sessions Court bearing S.C. No.348 of 2016. It is stated that on 11.7.2019 matter was posted for framing of the charge.

In view of the same, we are not inclined to grant any adjournment. We are also not inclined to entertain this application after a gap of near about seven years. If the charge is not framed, the applicant is at liberty to fle an application for discharge. Criminal application accordingly disposed off.
