By the order of which the execution is being resisted by the respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee, constituted under the provisions of the Maharashtra Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes, (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of issuance and Verification of) Caste Certificate Act, 2000, was directed to decide the petitioner's validation claim.

Learned APP tenders across the bar the copy of the order dated 24 March 2022 passed by the Scrutiny Committee refuting the petitioner's claim and confiscating the tribe certificate. 4.
