Heard learned counsel for the acquiring body. Most of the Respondents are served, though by fixing notice on the doors of their residential places. It appears that in one matter the Panchanama is not made when the notice was fixed on the door of the residential place. They are from same family and they are male persons. 2.

In view of the contents of the applications and the submissions made that some time was consumed for collecting certified copies, some time was consumed for processing the matters and some time was consumed for getting sanctions at various levels, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown.

In the result, all the applications are allowed. Delay condoned.
